The decor and ambiance were eye-popping. It felt as if you walked on the set of Miami Vice. So much so, I was expecting Don Johnson to be behind the bar serving cocktails. There are three areas of which you can dine or enjoy drinks, which includes a great patio space for the outdoor lovers. The space flowed well with vibrant patterns on the wall and greenery appropriately placed throughout the room.
My favorite dish of the evening was the brisket. The sauce was sweet and savory and the meat melted it was so tender. Made from Carolina grass-fed beef with a pastrami crust it was truly amazing. I could have bathed in it. I understand that is the last image you want stuck in your head, but it was that dag-gum good! I also loved all the small plates: lobster toast, wheat gnocchi, and chicken wings. Serving size was perfect when wanting to try several options instead of grabbing a heavy meal. They paired perfectly with my flight of Noble ciders.
I could go on for hours on all of the other items on the menu and desserts are for a whole other review. Creativity ran a muck, the colors, flavors, and presentation were showcased beautifully. Noble Cider’s “The Greenhouse,” you must see it for yourself!
Two years ago they began with a vision and now it is a reality. The food, hospitality, and cocktails were perfect. Thank you, Joanna and Robin, for your conversation and story. I had an amazing night of food and drink, while Claire and Taylor rocked the house!
